Project text - Green field development of 50 affordable housing units comprising of 10 rented apartments and 18 rented, 18 shared ownership and 6 rent to buy houses together with site access roads and public open space.  A mix of accommodation from one bed 2 person units to 3 bedroomed 5 person houses, including 15 (M4)2 accessible and adaptable dwellings.

A Silver Standard Secure by Design Certificate was achieved for the development.
